CAA Adjustable Clamp: An Innovative Solution for Modern Manufacturing
CAA adjustable clamp is an innovative product designed specifically for die plates with U-shaped grooves, offering adjustable clamping to accommodate mold thickness variations from 0 to +20mm.
In recent years, manufacturers have faced increasing pressure from labor shortages and rising mold change frequency. Fast die change has become essential, but it usually requires standardized mold base designs with tight tolerance control (±2mm) - a challenge for many factories.
To address this, we developed the CAA adjustable clamp in 2016, which allows users to adjust the mold H-dimension by simply turning a screw, extending acceptable mold tolerances up to 0 to +20mm.
This design simplifies mold setup, increases production flexibility, and helps manufacturers meet fast-changing demands - maintaining competitiveness in a challenging market.
